Gary Swidler is President of Match Group, the world's largest online dating company by revenue. One of the most enduring figures in the business, Swidler served as Match Group's Chief Financial Officer for over a decade, guiding the company through its 2015 IPO, the strategic spinoff from IAC, and a sustained period of global expansion. In March 2025 he transitioned to the President role as Steven Bailey was promoted to CFO.
