In 2026 Dating Industry Insights named Woo alongside QuackQuack and TrulyMadly as Indian regional dating apps that operate with far smaller engineering teams and moderation budgets than global platforms. The comparison arose in coverage of India's rule requiring unlawful content to be taken down within three hours, which the publication treated as a product and compliance challenge for dating apps.
