Zeng Xinxun is the founder and chief executive of Liangpei Technology, a Shenzhen-based startup whose product, Liangpei (roughly 'good match'), is an AI-assisted dating app designed for people seeking marriage. The app launched in July 2026. Chinese tech outlet 36Kr reports that he is a 2019 graduate of Southern University of Science and Technology, worked on search recommendation at WeChat and TikTok, and was head of AI search at Kimi, the product of Moonshot AI, before leaving in August 2025 to start Liangpei Technology.
In July 2026 Zhidx and 36Kr reported that Liangpei Technology had raised a 15 million yuan angel round from Capital Today, which took a 20 per cent stake. Zeng told Zhidx he had originally planned to raise 10 million yuan for 15 per cent.
Zeng has said the aim is to 'get users off the platform as soon as possible'. Liangpei opens with a roughly 20-minute AI voice interview of 25 questions and shows users one match at a time. Members pay a one-off fee of 2,000 yuan and can claim a refund if they have not married within three years. Global Dating Insights reported that the app had more than 9,300 active users across 300 Chinese cities, and that the first refunds could not be claimed until 2029.
