Michael Affronti is a product executive who served as Chief Product Officer of Bumble Inc. Bumble announced his appointment, effective immediately, in a Business Wire release in January 2025. He oversaw innovation and user experience across Bumble's products and led its Product, Safety, Research and Customer Care teams. He took over product leadership from Ali Rayl, who had left the company the previous year.
Before Bumble he was senior vice president and general manager of Commerce Cloud at Salesforce, where he led the company's global e-commerce business. Earlier he was senior vice president of product at Dataminr and Fuze, and spent a decade at Microsoft working on product development and strategy for Office and Outlook.
In January 2026, Global Dating Insights reported his departure after about a year in the role. Whitney Wolfe Herd, who returned as Bumble CEO in March 2025, and Affronti agreed that Product, Engineering and Design should be centralised under one leader.
