Ariel Charytan is CEO of OkCupid, one of the original data-driven dating platforms and part of the Match Group portfolio. A serial founder and product executive, Charytan spent much of his career at Amazon where he served as SVP at Audible, before bringing his consumer product expertise to the dating space. As OkCupid CEO he has overseen the platform's continued emphasis on values-based matching — the unique approach that distinguishes OkCupid from swipe-first competitors — keeping the brand relevant among younger, socially conscious daters.
